Cal Marsh is the founder of Joyride Advisors, specializing in the restaurant real estate business. He began his career as a real estate broker and developer in the early 80s. In 1990 he was recruited into corporate real estate and has focused exclusively on restaurant real estate since then. His in house experience with over twenty concepts has given him the opportunity to work with some of the best operators and partners in the industry.

Cal has more than 30 years of experience representing both landlords and tenants across multiple property types and provides a unique combination of experience from all sides of the negotiating table.
